About Me

A native of the Florida Panhandle, I recently returned to the area from the Pacific Northwest, where I built, grew, and led the People & Culture function for several successful businesses.

I love solving problems and building systems, from performance management to leadership development programs. I studied counseling psychology and behavior analysis in graduate school and have specialized experience in coaching, organizational development, and culture.

My family loves animals and currently we have 4 cats, a leopard gecko, & a dog. We also love the natural springs and beautiful beaches here in the Florida panhandle. We’re thankful to call this home.
